I joined Eden and my first experience was exceptional, satisfying and inspiring. It was something that I was looking for, a strong foundation for spiritual renewal, a platform for personal growth and a garden for inserting seeds of hope in children. My first camp was an experience I cherish. It was all about the creation and the Creator. Exploring the wonders of creation with children is one of the best moments of any educator and definitely mine.
The opportunities of learning, grasping something new and growing while at Eden are endless. Working with children from different backgrounds, listening to the change in what they think about creation on the first day of camp compared to the last day of camp keeps me motivated. Knowing that I have had a small part in opening their minds to see creation in new ways is satisfying and to even believe that I’ve had a part in transforming their behavior. That is the ultimate treasure for me.
I will always be thankful to God as he directed me in making the right choice to join the Eden team and for the opportunity to learn, share and rejoice in God’s creation. Being in Eden has made me find myself and develop the love of being with children and working on my talent to bring the best out of those kids. At Eden am always reminded of my identity which is not defined by my talent or what I do, but by my loving father in Heaven .
